When it comes to food for work, employees are always hungry for more: more variety, more flexibility, and more opportunities to connect with coworkers. 

To understand the evolution of food for work, ezCater surveyed four key 
groups during the first half of 2024. Based on surveys of 600 workplace experience leaders, 600 workplace food orderers, 1,005 employees and 601 workplace leaders, ezCater's new report reveals that as more companies settle in to hybrid and fully on-site workforces, food has become the main attraction for employees.
