Tangible business value from cloud transformation remains elusive

The landscape of enterprise technology continues to evolve rapidly, with cloud transformation as a primary investment. Yet, most organizations have not yet experienced tangible business value from these efforts.

To better understand how organizations can capture business value from their cloud investments, HFS Research, in partnership with IBM, surveyed senior executives. The focus was to recognize where they are on their transformation journey and learn from their experiences and challenges.
