This led to slow response times for changes, and challenges to manage and monitor. Heineken has teamed with IBM to develop a set of integration capabilities that connects their worldwide network of brewers, customers and business partners. Using IBM API Connect and other integration technologies, Heineken’s operating companies can now communicate efficiently regardless of whether their data resides in the cloud or on premises.
